WHAT DOES IT COST? 

Teletherapy is a cost effective way to receive services because there is no travel required.  The cost of teletherapy is the same as face to face traditional therapy at a hospital, school or other location. Our costs of services vary depending on the needs of each client;  a comprehensive summary of costs will be given prior to initiating the service, after a free phone or email consultation.  

 

Schools: 

Schools are billed per therapy hour or half hour.  If the student qualifies for medicaid, the work can be reimbursed this way.

Insurance: 

Some insurances will pay for speech therapy, and as an ASHA-recognized form of service delivery, it is payable in the same way.  I will work with your insurance to determine if they will pay for part or some of the therapy.  

 

Medicare:

At this time we are not set up to bill Medicare.  

 

Private pay: 

Private pay is always welcome.  If you are a member of an Affordable Care Act approved Healthcare Ministry, we we will work with you on discounts if it is covered by your ministry.  Paypal and personal checks are accepted.  The cost for therapy is approximately 75.00/clinical hour plus applicable taxes.  

 

At the end of each month you will receive a bill for services via email, due within 30 days.  Please mail checks to the address on the bill.
